Welcome to Joyful Keys Piano Lessons. By using our website or booking piano lessons, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
We provide piano instruction for children through:
Private lessons
Charter school enrichment programs
Group classes (when offered)
Online lessons (if applicable)
Special workshops or events
Availability, pricing, and lesson formats may change at any time.
2. Student Eligibility
Students under the age of 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians are responsible for:
Providing accurate registration information
Ensuring timely attendance
Supervising students before and after lessons when required
Communicating medical, behavioral, or learning needs that may affect instruction
3. Charter School Families
Families using charter school funds are responsible for ensuring their school has approved services before lessons begin.
Each charter school has its own policies regarding:
Purchase orders
Vendor approval
Attendance
Missed lessons
Funding limits
Parents remain financially responsible for lessons not covered by their charter school.
4. Lesson Scheduling
Lessons are scheduled by appointment.
We make every effort to accommodate scheduling requests but cannot guarantee specific days or times.
5. Payments
Private Students
Payment is due according to the agreed billing schedule.
Accepted payment methods include:
Credit/debit cards
Electronic payments
Cash or check (if accepted)
Late payments may result in paused lessons until the account is current.
Charter School Students
Lessons funded through charter schools are subject to school payment timelines.
If funding is denied or delayed, parents may be responsible for outstanding balances.
6. Cancellation Policy
Private lesson cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.
Lessons canceled with sufficient notice may be eligible for a makeup lesson at our discretion.
Lessons missed without notice may be forfeited.
Teacher cancellations will always be rescheduled or credited.
7. Student Conduct
Students are expected to participate respectfully and safely.
We reserve the right to discontinue lessons if behavior repeatedly disrupts instruction or creates an unsafe environment.
8. Parent Participation
For younger students, parents may be encouraged to attend portions of lessons to support practice at home.
9. Photography and Media
From time to time we may photograph or record performances, recitals, or special events.
We will request permission before using a student's image or name for marketing purposes.
Parents may decline at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, worksheets, videos, exercises, curriculum, and website content remain the property of [Business Name].
